These terms apply to business customers outside Japan (Taiwan, Thailand and the United States). Customers in Japan are governed by the separate Japanese Terms of Service.

Article 1 (Application) These terms set out the conditions for using "SAKUNAO" (the "Service") provided by SBGG LLC (the "Company").

Article 2 (Content) The Service creates previews of text changes and photo replacements on the customer's website based on requests sent on LINE, and publishes them after the customer's approval, for a fixed fee. Redesigns and new pages are not included.

Article 3 (Approval and publication) The Company does not change the website until the customer checks the preview and presses "Publish". The content before the change is saved right before publication, and within 30 days of publication it can be restored with "Roll back".

Article 4 (Connection) Only an application password issued by the customer is used to connect to WordPress. The Company does not accept administrator login passwords. Stored credentials are encrypted. Sites managed on GitHub are connected through our GitHub App installed on the target repository by the customer or their engineer, and changes are delivered as pull requests.

Article 5 (Fees) The Standard plan costs USD 33 per month in the United States, TWD 990 in Taiwan and THB 1,190 in Thailand (all excluding tax, up to 5 fixes per month). Extra fixes beyond five cost USD 6.50, TWD 195 or THB 235 each (excluding tax). The 14-day free trial includes up to 2 fixes. The billing currency is determined by the country selected when the account is created.

Article 6 (Shop info and integrations) Published business hours, regular holidays and similar details are recorded as shop information. They are passed to partners the shop gave a key to only if the shop chooses "Share with partners". Request types and time to publication are used for benchmarks, only in segments of 5 or more shops, only if the shop chooses "Join the benchmark". Both can be stopped at any time.

Article 7 (Cancellation and data) Customers can cancel at any time. All data can be exported for 30 days after cancellation, after which the Company deletes the Service's data. The customer's website itself is not changed.

Article 8 (Prohibited acts) Customers may not request content that violates laws or public order or infringes the rights of third parties. The Company may decline such requests.

Article 9 (Liability) Except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence by the Company, the Company's liability for damages arising from content the customer checked and published is limited to the fees for the most recent month.

Article 10 (Governing law and jurisdiction) These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

Article 11 (Division of roles with engineers) The Company only replaces existing text and photos ("fixes"). New pages, design or feature changes, and work on the site’s infrastructure (servers, domains, builds, security) are the responsibility of the customer’s engineer or web company; the Company only prepares a written brief. If a fix by the Company causes a display problem, the customer may undo it free of charge within 30 days of publication. Problems that persist after undoing are deemed not caused by the Company’s fix, and the Company cooperates by providing its change records.

Article 12 (Customers outside Japan) Outside Japan, the Service is provided only to businesses (shops and companies) located in Taiwan, Thailand or the United States. Consumers (individuals not using the Service for business) may not use it. The customer shall correctly select the country where it is located when creating an account and confirm that it uses the Service for business. The Service is not provided to customers in EU member states or the United Kingdom.

Article 13 (Taxes) Fees exclude tax. Because the Service is supplied to customers outside Japan, Japanese consumption tax does not apply. Where VAT, business tax, sales tax or similar taxes apply in the customer's country, the customer shall report and pay them under the rules of that country (including reverse charge). If the law requires any withholding or other tax to be deducted from a payment, the customer shall increase the payment so that the Company receives the full amount it would have received without the deduction (gross-up).

Article 14 (AI translation) Messages the customer sends on LINE or otherwise are translated into Japanese by AI for the Company's staff in Japan, and messages from the staff are translated into the customer's language by AI. Translations may contain mistakes. The customer shall always check changes to the website in the preview before publishing, and the Company is liable for damage caused by translation errors only within the scope of Article 9.

Article 15 (Language) These terms are written in Japanese; the English, Traditional Chinese and Thai versions are translations. If a translation and the Japanese original differ, the Japanese original prevails.
