FAQ
What about my current web company contract?
Keep it as is. We only handle small text and photo fixes; larger work stays with your web company (we can help write the brief).
What if something looks wrong after publishing?
Use Undo to revert just that change (within 30 days, no quota). If that doesn't fix it, the cause lies elsewhere and we share our change log with your engineer.
How do I ask my engineer?
Create a connection link in the dashboard and forward it. Your engineer installs our GitHub App on one repository and picks how changes go live. No keys or passwords exchanged.
How quickly are fixes done?
We aim to send the preview within one business day (Japan time) of receiving your request; our team reviews requests on weekdays from 9:00 to 18:00 Japan time. Publishing takes a few minutes after you tap Publish (for GitHub sites you can also wait for your engineer to review).
What kinds of fixes can I request?
Text changes (hours, closures, prices, menus, news, contact, staff) and photo swaps. New pages and redesigns are out of scope.
Can I cancel anytime? What about my data?
Yes, cancel anytime. You can export your data for 30 days, then it is deleted. Your website itself stays as is.
How do I pay?
Credit card via Stripe. Receipts are available in the dashboard.
Can I use it without being tech-savvy?
Yes. Everything happens in LINE; the dashboard is only for initial setup, and we guide you through it.
