Privacy Policy (customers outside Japan)

SBGG LLC (the "Company") handles personal information in "SAKUNAO" as follows.

Information we collect: business or shop name, contact person's name, email address, country of location, billing address and tax ID (entered on the Stripe checkout page), website URL, LINE user ID, text and photos sent on LINE and their translations, and records of changes to the website.

Purposes: providing the Service (accepting requests, making previews, publishing, contacting you), billing, answering inquiries and improving the Service.

Outsourcing: part of the fix work is outsourced to workers overseas (the Philippines). Workers never see your name, phone number, email address or website credentials.

Provision to third parties: we do not provide information to third parties without your consent except as required by law. When the shop chooses "Share with partners", only shop information such as published business hours is shared; LINE user ID, name, phone number and email address are never included.

Retention: text and photos received on LINE are deleted 1 year after the request is completed, and backups before publication after 90 days. All organization data is deleted 30 days after cancellation.

Security: credentials are stored encrypted and data is kept separate for each customer.

International transfers: Your information is stored in a data center in Japan (Tokyo). To translate requests and prepare proposed changes, text is sent to an AI service provided by Anthropic, PBC in the United States. Payments are handled through Stripe and messages through LINE. By using the Service, customers outside Japan consent to their information being transferred outside their country (including to Japan and the United States).

Your rights: To the extent permitted by the laws of your country (such as Taiwan's Personal Data Protection Act, Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA) or US state laws), you may request access, correction, deletion or suspension of use. Please contact info@sbgg.jp.
